Our service includes:

  • Meeting with the bride one-two months prior to event date to review all wedding details.
  • Two coordinators will be assigned to your event.
  • We will receive copies of all contracts and payment schedules.
  • All details will be confirmed with each wedding vendor that you have hired.
  • We will compile a wedding day itinerary/timeline.
  • One coordinator will attend the wedding rehearsal.
  • We will keep the ceremony/reception on track by adhering to the itinerary/timeline.
  • We will make sure that all wedding vendor needs are taken care of.
  • Will make sure that all wedding vendors are paid according to their contracts
  • We will strive to meet all of your guest needs and requests.

RECEPTION ONLY COORDINATION

Your ceremony site may already have a wedding coordinator on staff. Chic & Swish understands that you do not need to pay for this service twice. If you would still love someone to oversee all the details of your reception so you can relax and enjoy the remainder of your day, you may hire one of our staff professionals to coordinate the reception. Quotation will be provided upon request.

Our service includes:

  • Meeting with the bride 2 ¡V 4 weeks prior to event date to review all reception details.
  • One coordinator will be assigned to your event.
  • We will receive copies of all contracts and payment schedules.
  • All details will be confirmed with each wedding vendor that you have hired.
  • We will compile a reception itinerary/timeline.
  • We will keep the reception on track by adhering to the itinerary/timeline.
  • We will make sure that all wedding vendor needs are taken care of.
  • Will make sure that all wedding vendors are paid according to their contracts.
  • We will strive to meet all of your guest needs and requests.

As your Wedding Day Coordinator, we must limit the amount of design work accepted on your specific event date. If we are expected to decline other event opportunities, you must let us know immediately that you are interested in this service, as a 50% deposit will be required to secure this service.
